We want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore if you are not happy with any of the items purchased or they are damaged or defective simply return it for a replacement, refund or exchange.

All returns must be in their original condition including all protective packaging and returned within seven days of you having received the goods.  For all returns include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return.

If upon delivery your item is damaged or defective we will arrange for return freight, however if you simply change your mind, please cover freight costs to return back to us.

We will refund you the product only, by the same method that you paid for your purchase. Freight will only be refunded where the product is faulty or arrived damaged.
